Last Friday, my little kindergarteners celebrated Thanksgiving a little early with a Thanksgiving Feast at school. Each of the four classes decorated a table, and all of the kids brought in their favorite fall foods!
My first little Indian was very serious as she sang her songs!
And this little Indian always has a smile!

Trick or Treat
You would think I would have tons of photos given the many fall festivities we've had going on around here:) These first few were from our neighborhood party...
.
These are from Trick or Treat night! Here are the neighborhood boys!
And the neighborhood girls...
And Sleeping Beauty! Who had been dressed as Ariel for the better part of the day. She decided last minute to make a wardrobe change. I guess princesses do have a right to do that, don't they!

Fall Festival and Homecoming
As if all of the trick or treat festivities of last week weren't enough, this past Friday was also Fall Festival at Walker and Kathryn's school!
There were games, inflatables, face painting, yummy food galore, and even some plein air painting for all the aspiring artists!
After all of the fall festival fun, we loaded up the car and headed to Nana and Papa's house for the weekend. Bright and early the next morning, we loaded up the car again and traveled to the loveliest village on the plains for homecoming. We haven't been to Auburn in three years, so we were definitely due for a visit. Don't think we will be buying season tickets any time soon though. Miss Frances lasted about 20 minutes inside the stadium. Just long enough to see the eagle fly, the band play, the players run out! This crew may wait another three years before attempting another game:)
Somebody was worn out! It's hard work routing for the Tigers (especially this year:) The Busbee's must have been just what the team needed, because in case you missed it, we finally won!!!
