Put Me In The Zoo

Last Friday, we drove to New Orleans for a trip to the zoo. The kids had been cooped up inside for way too long, and the weather was too gorgeous to continue lounging around.

Frances loved the goats. Not sure if she's ever petted a real animal, with the exception of a dog or cat, so this was a big deal. You can tell she was a wee bit excited!

Kathryn, loving a theme just like her Momma, wanted to pose with the giraffes since her outfit featured giraffes too:)

Although the zoo was all we fit into this trip, we had a fabulous day! It's hard to beat sunny and 75 degrees in December!
