Thank you, Dixie Delights, for the idea to use Starbucks iced coffee bottles! I simply removed labels, washed in the dishwasher, removed any remaining adhesive with a Mr. Clean sponge and voila! Oh, and I drank a whole bunch of iced coffee:)
And a shout out to Pinterest for the wrapping paper down the center of the table as a table runner idea! Just the needed pop of color. Plates and napkins came from Target!
I guess I should be over the tissue pom poms but they always provide that needed color plus they take up space. And let's face it, they scream PARTY!
Some sponges from the Dollar Tree also helped jazz up the tables!
Shoes in the basket, please! We've got piggies to paint!
We curtained off the spa room, and left the lights down low. Add some trickling water from brother's sound machine. Instant relaxation!
A quick and easy banner...
If you weren't having toes painted, you could help yourself to a pair of flip flops. Ribbons and flowers allowed everyone to decorate their flops to their hearts' content. Thanks, Tula, for manning the hot glue gun!
Reusable lunch bags (3 for $1) at Target became instant goodie bags stuffed with nail file, manicure kit, mini polish and a ring pop!
Again, Pinterest, I have you to thank for this one! Marshmallows dipped in colored white chocolate with a Tootsie Roll on top! Oh, all a top heavenly cupcakes from Flour Girls!
The beautiful birthday girl!!! Did I mention at 7 years old, this was her first girls only party! All the others have been in celebration with her brother. There was something very special about being able to sing Happy Birthday to just this sweet little thing!
Momma in action! A HUGE shout out to Aunt Mak for jumping right in and painting piggies too!
Cousin Addi patiently waiting her turn!
Then out to the sand box! Nothing like sand between freshly painted toes!
