Yep, it's mid-week into Kathryn and Walker's Spring Break, and until this morning, we didn't have much fun to report! But today is absolutely GORGEOUS, so we had to get outdoors!
On a day we would normally wake up early and head to school, we decided to head to Chik Fil A instead! Nothing better than a couple of chicken biscuits and a warm cup of coffee to get the Spring Break party started!!
After about an hour of playing on the playground, we headed out for some errands. Keep in mind I NEVER run errands with my kids. Well, let me explain, unless there's a grocery cart big enough for them, which means I never go anywhere but Sams, Wal Mart or Target with my kids:) I usually wait until they are in school two days a week and hit the ground running. But did I mention, it's Spring Break!
So, off to Hobby Lobby for some spring ribbon, candy melts and a journal. Next, the monogram shop to have Walker's shirt monogrammed for Easter, the gas station and the cleaners! Now, how is that for one happening Spring Break!
Not to mention, we have a Tew family get together to look forward to this weekend! Looks like our week is shaping up after all!
