Have you been to Target lately?? Well, you are in for a treat! Cynthia Rowley has truly out done herself. All I can say is pull out the Lilly and book the next flight to the Hamptons! Cynthia's adorable outdoor collection is absolutey precious, preppy and oh so practicial.
